How should I ship my samples?

The US Postal Service is usually very friendly to the hemp industry. Recently, many of our clients have had great success with UPS as well. We do not recommend FedEx, as this company is known for confiscating your parcel during transit. You may also drop off samples directly to our laboratory. Our hours are 9a-5p EST, M-F. However, we do offer an after-hours drop-off slot at our front door for small packages.

Please ensure that your order form is completed in full, including contact information, accurate sample names, and payment information. Please write legibly.

What tests come in a Full Panel Package?

Plant material Full Panel Packages include: Potency, Mycotoxin, Heavy Metals, and Microbials
Processed product Full Panels include: Potency, Mycotoxin, Heavy Metals, Microbials, and Residual Solvents.

What container should I use?

Plant material should be placed in any paper container. We are happy to provide you with free sample bags. Simply request a free Testing Kit on our website. If you are sending liquids for testing, we recommend a plastic vessel.

How long does New Bloom Labs keep my samples?

After we begin analysis, we will keep your samples on-hand for approximately five business days, though laboratory volume may dictate that we discard sooner on some occasions.

Do you report my results to the state, DEA, or any other government agency?

No. Your testing results are kept in strict confidence. We will only share your data with your written permission.

Do I need to dry my plant material before shipping to New Bloom Labs?

Sending fresh plant material is fine, but please refrain from cutting and shipping samples on the same day. Doing so will delay results due to a required 24-hour dry-down procedure before material can be tested. If you send fresh samples, it’s best to overnight ship through the US Postal service or UPS.

As a reference when sending fresh plant material, allow it to dry overnight before transit in a paper bag.  Please do not use plastic bags.

What if I have a question about my results?

Feel free to call us during business hours and we’ll be happy to consult with you on what your analysis means.

Can you expedite my tests?

We can offer expedited shipping for potency testing based on daily availability. Please call us during business hours to inquire about the availability of expedited reporting for your samples.
